Finland’s Raisio sells Russian business for 1.5 mln euros

MOSCOW, May 13 (PRIME) -- Finnish food producer Raisio has sold its Russian business, which operates under the Nordic brand, to local company Copacker Agro Ltd for 1.5 million euros, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The companies have closed the deal, and it was registered by the Russian authorities on Thursday. Raisio plans to acknowledge a 3.6 million euro loss from the sale of business in Russia.
